It’s the premiere back-office solution for the home services industry, which is just a fancy way of saying we help service companies (plumbers, electricians, appliance repair, roofers etc.) manage their offices virtually in the same way someone in their physical office would. Scheduling and dispatching, answering customer questions, handling administrative tasks based on a client’s individual needs.

All of this and more is what our awesome team offers clients across the US and Canada.

We aren’t a call center. We are the solution. We are our clients office team, letting them do what they do best while we take care of the rest.

At My Office Help, we don’t have employees and bosses, we have a family of teammates who help each other and genuinely care. Managing clients’ finances and bookkeeping, our QuickBooks Online Advanced Pro Advisors aid in a fundamental aspect of business operations. Working with clients to manage their financial responsibilities, our Advisors are smart, capable, and able to facilitate efficiency, accuracy, and affluence.

As the beating heart of our client’s financial affairs, it is your duty to be discreet and accurate, with outstanding attention to detail, a willingness to learn new ways of doing things, and the communication skills to stay in close contact with clients and their office team.

Responsibilities Include

  • Documenting transaction details
  • Putting together financial reports
  • Fact-checking accounting data
  • Notify senior staff of any accounting errors
  • Calculate interest charges
  • Recording financial transactions
  • Tracking payroll data
  • Training office staff and clients to use QBO
  • Troubleshooting existing issues for new and current clients
  • Cleaning up QBO accounts that have been managed or set up poorly
  • Coordinating the integration between QBO and Housecall Pro, our dispatching software (full training will be given)
