My Office Help Potential New Employee DISC Profile

Thank you for taking the first step in your journey to becoming part of the My Office Help family!

This assessment is designed to give us an idea of how best you react to training, what your strengths are, and where best you would find your most comfortable position here at My Office Help. The assessment is broken down into 10 sections. In each section, you are presented with four word choices. Each section should be ranked 1-4. In each section, one word should be marked 4, one should be marked 3, one should be marked 2 and one should be marked 1. The word which most describes you should be marked 4, with the word least describing you marked 1, as in the example below:
